Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: June 22, 2026

Formz is a public form-hosting platform — anyone can build a form and share its link. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may not do with Formz. It is part of our Terms of Service, and applies to anything you build, publish, or collect through the Service.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use Formz to create, host, or distribute forms that:

  • Impersonate another person, brand, project, or company, or are designed to phish for credentials, seed phrases, private keys, or payment information.
  • Are fraudulent, deceptive, or designed to facilitate scams — including fake token launches, fake airdrops, or fake giveaways.
  • Violate any applicable law, or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
  • Contain malware, malicious links, or content designed to compromise a visitor's device or wallet.
  • Contain unlawful hate speech, harassment, or content that exploits or endangers minors.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Attempt to bypass plan limits, rate limits, access gates, or wallet/identity verification logic.
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service beyond normal use of your own forms and responses.
  • Submit forged or replayed wallet signatures, OAuth tokens, or verification tickets, or otherwise attempt to falsify identity/verification results.
  • Use the Service to send spam, or submit automated/bot responses to forms at a volume designed to abuse points, rewards, or rank-based features.
  • Probe, scan, or test the Service's security without authorization, or interfere with its normal operation (e.g. denial-of-service activity).
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission.

3. Respondent Data

If your form collects personal data from respondents, you are responsible for that collection being lawful, for having any required disclosures or consents in place, and for not requesting more data than is reasonably necessary for your stated purpose.

4. Reporting Abuse

If you encounter a form that appears to violate this policy — for example, a form impersonating a brand you represent, or a phishing/scam attempt — email support@joinformz.com with the form's link and a description of the issue. We review reports and take action, which may include removing the form and suspending the associated account.

5. Enforcement

Violating this policy may result in content removal, suspension, or termination of your account, at our discretion, without refund of any prepaid fees.

6. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
