What each plan includes, and how to upgrade, switch or cancel.
Formz has three plans: Starter (free), Pro and Business. Pro and Business can be paid monthly or yearly; yearly saves 20%. See the pricing page for current prices.
Starter
3 forms, 100 responses a month, all core question types, cover and success pages, and CSV export. No card needed.
Pro
Unlimited forms and 1,000 responses a month, plus file uploads, EVM wallet verification, social sign-in (X, Discord, Google and more), password-protected and scheduled forms, one question at a time, Brand kit, removing Formz branding, email notifications, and email support.
Business
Everything in Pro, plus unlimited responses, 5 seats (you plus 4 teammates), Viral Waitlist forms, wallet verification on Solana, TON, Sui, Aptos, Starknet, NEAR and Cosmos, on-chain gates, the Airdrop Checker, conditional logic, points and leaderboards, webhooks, custom domains, full analytics, and priority support.
Upgrade, switch or cancel
Go to Account → Billing & usage. It shows your plan and this month's responses, forms and team seats against your limits, and lets you compare plans and upgrade. Paid plans are managed in Stripe's secure portal: Manage in Stripe is where you change your card, download invoices, switch plans or cancel. Anywhere in the app that a feature needs a higher plan, you can upgrade from there too.
